Send your artwork, logo or idea. Good file types include PDF, AI, EPS, PNG and high-resolution JPG.
Your artwork is checked and prepared so the size, layout and print quality are suitable for production.
The artwork is printed onto special sublimation transfer paper using sublimation inks.
Heat and pressure are applied so the ink changes into a gas and bonds with the polyester fibres.
The order is checked for print quality, colour, placement, finish and overall appearance.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about how sublimation works and which materials are best suited to it.
Dye sublimation is a printing method used mainly on polyester. The design is printed onto special paper, then heat is used to move the ink from the paper into the polyester fibres. The result is a smooth, bright and long-lasting print.
100% polyester normally gives the best results. Polyester blends can also work, but the final colour may look different depending on how much polyester is in the fabric. The higher the polyester content, the stronger the sublimated colour normally appears.
Normal dye sublimation does not work well on 100% cotton because sublimation ink needs polyester to bond correctly. For cotton T-shirts, other methods may be better, including:
